Individual boards are shaped with a tongue and groove on each side of the board. This forms a "V" joint along the edges when installed. This product can be supplied with the same style tongue and groove across the ends of the board also. This is referred to as "end-matched". This process gives each board a "V" joint across the end of the boards where they meet. (See picture, click to view larger image).

• 4”, 5”, 6” (random) which is an actual coverage area of 3”,4”, 5” (which 3+4+5=12 for one square foot configuration)
• It is possible to do specified widths (sometimes a small fee applies) or custom widths (up to a maximum width)
• All paneling is run with the V-grooves on edges to Tongue and Groove together (see above photo)
• Option to run paneling “End Matched” where the two end boards fit together they also are tongue and grooved together (tongue and grooved all 4 sides of board) vs. standard “square end” (only sides are tongue and grooved). (increased cost per square foot for end match option).
• Another option vs. the V-groove on the edges you can select a “Ceiling Bead” or “Wayne’s Coating” option that puts a small bead down the center of a board and still tongue and grooves together.
• All paneling comes random lengths…generally they are 8’ lengths but can be anywhere from 3’-12’
• All paneling comes unfinished but there is an option to have it prefinished with Aitkin Hardwoods….which can be stained or simply naturally finished (see prefinished section).
